Obesity occurs in all countries and it is one of the gravest problems in modern society. Mankinds around the world are concerned about obesity. One of the chief causes is unhealthy diets. Obesity is also due to lack of exercise and lack of education and awareness. Therefore obesity has various effects include risk of suffering from a range of health conditions, large fiscal expenditure on medical insurance and lack of self-esteem. Teenagers eat more and more high-fat burgers and pizza in fast food restaurants. For example, in Mexico, students drink cola rather than water due to the short of hygienic drinking water.
